Born Cardiff 1949, Tony has lived locally all his life. He attended university in Portsmouth in the late 60s to read a science degree, where he met his wife, Rose. They married in 1974 at which time he was qualified as an Environmental Health officer in which capacity he worked in local government until 1988.
He then joined the family firm Seel & Co and was part of the move to Canton in 1990 with eight staff. Tony later obtained a diploma in Surveying and has been part of the business as it has grown to have 23 staff.
He plays the guitar, enjoys gardening and anything practical (built a kitcar 1983), golf, tennis, continental travel and reading. He and Rose have two children: Liz who works for him in the Accounts Dept and has two children, Daisy and James; and Rob who has married and is living in Holland.
Tim Dallimore is a chartered surveyor with more then 40-years experience working in the South Wales area. He started his career as an apprentice surveyor with the National Coal Board in 1970.
He became an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1984 and in 1994 obtained a BSc from The University of Glamorgan. With privatisation of the coal industry in 1995, Tim was appointed Head of Estates and Property Manager of Celtic Energy Ltd, the successful bidder for the South Wales Coal field.
With 7 years experience, Richard is a member of the Institution of Residents Property Managers (IRPM) and an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Prior to estate management Richard, an ocean yachtmaster, captained luxury yachts travelling worldwide.
Jo joined Seel & Co in 2000 and has undertaken many roles within the organisation over the years.
She became Lettings Manager in June 2012 and, with the help of her team, continues to deliver a professional yet personal service to both landlords and tenants.
A fluent Welsh speaker, Marc has more than 22 year’s experience of selling property throughout the South Wales area. Starting as a trainee estate agent for the largest independent family run estate agency and working up the ladder to become an area sales manager for the company, he then worked as a property services manager for a Metropolitan University before being asked to join a well respected dynamic estate agency overlooking their valuation strategy.
Marc then left to join Seel & Co and has progressed to become our head of auctions and auctioneer.
Colin Brown has been dealing with property sales in the Cardiff area for over 10 years and has been involved in thousands of transactions. His career began at Taylors estate agents as a sales negotiator and was quickly promoted through the ranks, becoming branch manager after two years. Colin then joined Peter Alan as a branch manager running one of their biggest branches on Albany Road.
