Buying a property should be a smooth process. We have made it as easy as possible, whilst remaining secure, efficient and stress free.
Should you have any concerns or questions prior to meeting us in person at the Auction, please just let us know. We are here to make your auction as straight forward as possible.
Our straight talking staff will give you all of the relevant information you might need relating to either putting your property up for Auction or bidding on a property you have chosen.

When you have found ‘the one’. we can provide as much information as possible about the property. Viewing the property with us is always advised, as it allows you to see the property as it is – warts and all! Contact us to arrange a viewing (generally 20 minutes per viewing) of the property and we will walk you through the details. Another option is to check the dates for any organised open house viewings (block).
Don’t forget to download the legal pack for your chosen property. This has been compiled by the seller’s solicitor and generally contains copies of the Title Deeds, Special Conditions of Sale, Land Registry Search, Leases (if applicable) and other appropriate documents.
You must inspect this paperwork before placing a bid to ensure you are familiar with the terms of sale.

We cannot guarantee you will be invited to increase your bid if an alternative, satisfactory offer is received prior to exchange of contracts.
Show up to our Auction and bid for your property. Our team will be on hand on the day to answer any questions you may have prior to bidding. Once you have won a bid, you will need to pay a deposit to secure the purchase. Deposits can be paid in cash (to a maximum of £8,000 in sterling) or by cheque / bankers draft to the full amount.

On the day the funds are transferred and completion takes place, you will be able to get the keys to your new property either from our branch in Cardiff or directly through the vendor. Please contact us for advice on keys.
