      The relatively level site (shown edged red on attached plan - for identification purposes only) was granted full planning consent (P/09/0264/) by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council in November 2009, subject to conditions. The consent highlighted a scheme for 5 building plots served by a private road with a proposed turning area for vehicles on Prosser Street. Interested parties are advised to make any further enquiries with the Council’s planning department in relation to the lapsed planning or other potential scheme on the site. Alternatively, information on the lapsed consent can be obtained from the Council's planning portal.

      The site is located within easy access of the amenities within the village and approximately 3 miles from the A470 trunk road, providing good links to Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon to the north and Pontypridd and Cardiff city centre to the south.

      Please Note: We have been advised that the vendors will reserve a pedestrian and vehicular right of access from Old Station Yard to Prosser Street. We have been advised that the eastern boundary of the site will commence 2.7 metres from the existing boundary of No.1 Old Station Yard and the area marked between points A-B-C-D is excluded from the sale.
