We are thrilled to let you know that the Seel & Co lettings department are now joining forces with JeffreyRoss lettings team in March 2023 to allow us to offer additional services to our clients.

Due to the introduction of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act on 1st December 2022, we felt that this was the right time to amalgamate our expertise and resources meaning we will continue to provide our landlords with the very best lettings service whilst navigating through the changes to property management.

Business as usual
Whilst both companies are known for the highest quality lettings services in our area, due to their presence around Cardiff, Seel & Co Lettings will now become part of the JeffreyRoss brand. We are busy working to ensure there is minimal disruption to both our Landlords and their Contract-Holders.
