Covid-19 Auction Update

Further to recent advice from Central Government regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, Seel & Co have implemented a variety of measures to support clients in the coming weeks.

In line with Government guidelines in relation to public gatherings, we have decided to make online bidding available for our whole catalogue.

The welfare of our staff, clients and buyers are paramount at this time and this is why we have decided to hold our 31 March auction in this way, allowing buyers to continue purchasing property in a safer environment.

Our auction will now be online

Bidding will open from midday on Friday 27 March with each lot closing on Tuesday, 31 March in order from Lot 1 at 5pm. The auction will also be broadcast live via an online video stream commencing just before 5pm through our website.

All bidders will be required to register prior to the auction. Bidders are recommended to register and bid online, however phone and proxy bidding will also be available as usual and registration for these options should be made using the form in the catalogue or via our office as usual on 029 2037 0117.

Please Note: our viewings are continuing at the moment and we will advise if this situation should change. We wish to advise people attending viewings that they should heed Government advice with regard to social distancing, including hand cleanliness before and after visiting.
